The application/entrance testing fee of $75.00 per application is due on or before the testing appointment.
For existing students, please send in your registration contract and fee(s) to Mrs. Alison Hildebrant in the Admissions Office by the DEADLINE date of May 3, 2019. This will ensure that your family is included in the planning of the 2019-2020 school year.
After the priority date, new students who have made application will be considered for enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable.
The registration fee is waived for students registered prior to the 2003-2004 school year. Please note that families with tuition accounts more than 60 days in arrears will not be permitted to register for the 2019-2020 school year. Additionally, if tuition accounts become 60 days or more in arrears during the 2018-2019 school year, parents must agree to an automatic debit from their checking account.
All questions regarding tuition, bus fees, or fundraising monies should be directed to the financial office (706-468-8818) , Ext. 313. Tuition may be paid either annually or monthly. Tuition payments are non-refundable. If you decide to pay annually, the full tuition amount is due by June 1. If you prefer to pay in monthly installments, your payments will start June 1, and run twelve months to May 1. An automatic debit from your checking account is available in the admissions or financial office. A $20.00 per student late fee will be assessed if tuition is not received by the 10th of each month. In the event a student withdraws from Piedmont Academy before the end of the current school year, the student’s school records will not be released if there are any outstanding fees
