• Financial Assistance
    Financial assistance is available for families that qualify from the L.O. and Nancy Benton foundation. Financial assistance is available on a first come first serve basis. You can apply for financial assistance by clicking on the link below. You will also need to fill out the monthly budget sheet. Once this is done you MUST submit the budget sheet and current year tax return to the headmaster. The school’s deadline for applying for financial assistance & APOGEE is May 1st.

    Private School Tax Credit for Donations to Student Scholarship Organizations

    Georgia provides dollar-for-dollar tax credits for donations to Student Scholarship Organizations (SSOs), non-profits that provide private school scholarships. Individuals may claim up to $1,000.00 and married couples filing jointly may claim up to $2,500.00. An individual who is a member of a LLC, a shareholder of an “S” corporation or a partner in a partnership may claim up to $10,000.00 of their tax actually paid as a member, shareholder, or partner. Corporate taxpayers may claim up to 75% of their total tax liability. The program is capped at $58,000,000.00 in tax credits per year and we strongly encourage for you to being the process in early fall of the current school year.

Piedmont Admissions Financial Info
The application/entrance testing fee of $75.00 per application is due on or before the testing appointment.
    For existing students, please send in your  registration contract and fee(s) to Mrs. Alison Hildebrant  in the Admissions Office by the DEADLINE date of May 3, 2019. This will ensure that your family is included in the planning of the 2019-2020 school year. After the priority date, new students who have made application will be considered for enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable.

    The registration fee is waived for students registered prior to the 2003-2004 school year. Please note that families with tuition accounts more than 60 days in arrears will not be permitted to register for the 2019-2020 school year. Additionally, if tuition accounts become 60 days or more in arrears during the 2018-2019 school year, parents must agree to an automatic debit from their checking account.

    All questions regarding tuition, bus fees, or fundraising monies should be directed to the financial office (706-468-8818) , Ext. 313. Tuition may be paid either annually or monthly. Tuition payments are non-refundable. If you decide to pay annually, the full tuition amount is due by June 1. If you prefer to pay in monthly installments, your payments will start June 1,  and run twelve months to May 1. An automatic debit from your checking account is available in the admissions or financial office. A $20.00 per student late fee will be assessed if tuition is not received by the 10th of each month. In the event a student withdraws from Piedmont Academy before the end of the current school year, the student’s school records will not be released if there are any outstanding fees.

Family Tuition And Fee Schedule 2019-2020

New Families

For new families entering Piedmont Academy, the one-time family entry fee is $500.00. An annual student registration fee will be required each year. The annual student registration fee is $200.00 per student. If a student enrolls after the current school begins, the tuition will be pro-rated by the number of months or days remaining in the current school year. Any student entering from public school, is eligible for the Apogee School Choice Scholarship Fund.

Automatic Tuition Withdrawals

A form is available on our website for you to submit to the business office for tuition payments to be paid electronically to Piedmont Academy (parents/required forms).

Bus Service Fee

Piedmont operates two bus routes for its students. The fare is $90.00 per month for roundtrip service for the first child and $35.00 for each additional child. One way service is available for $60.00 per month for the first child and $30.00 for each additional child. The daily fare for occasional riders, if room permits, is $7.00 per trip. Bus fees are charged beginning in August and ending in May of the current school year. If applicable, bus fare can be included in your tuition payment or you will be invoiced for occasional ride(s) on our bus. Bus fees are subject to a fuel surcharge at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. If there is a change in your child’s drop point, a note is required for the bus driver.

Campus Parking for Student Drivers

Students who have their own transportation are allowed to park on campus for a yearly fee of $75.00. A parking decal is required and will be supplied when the student submits a copy of their driver’s license, proof of insurance, automobile make, model, and tag number. An additional parking decal is available for a second vehicle at a cost of $5.00. Please register in the front office.

RenWeb’s ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer.


Meals are $3.50 for K4 through 5th grade and $3.75 for 6th through 12th grade. Lunch is served every full day of school. Accounts may be managed on line (piedmontacademy.com/lunch account tab) or lunch money can be turned into their homeroom teacher or the cafeteria.
